Q: What exactly is a content item?

A content item is a single creative task: a new visual, editing an existing image, or editing a video you supply, such as adding text, logos, or other visual elements. Extensive video productions, complex animations, and custom work fall outside the standard service; we quote those separately.

Q: Can we also make changes ourselves in the meantime?

Yes. You keep full access to your own Stremo dashboard and can always change or publish something yourself. We take over the routine management and, in Plus, the creative work for you.

Q: Are the Stremo licenses included in the price?

No. Managed Content is on top of your Stremo subscription of €9.95 per screen per month with annual billing. So for two screens with Managed Content Basic, you pay €218.90 per month. All amounts are exclusive of VAT. View the pricing for the licenses.

From email to screen in four steps

Here's what you need to get started:

A Stremo subscription for your screens
Your branding: logo, colors, and fonts
A fixed email address you send your changes from

1. Submit

Email us your changes, images, or videos. Let us know which screens they're for and from when.

2. Make it fit

We convert your material to the right format for each screen. With Plus we also design new visuals and edit videos.

3. Schedule

We place the content in the right playlist and schedule when it appears. You follow along in your own dashboard.

4. Live within two business days

Regular changes are on your screens within two business days. After that, the next weekly round begins.

What is a content item?

A content item is one standalone creative job. With Basic you pay €50 per item; Plus includes 4 per month. Three examples:

A new visual for a promotion

You email "20% off all running shoes this week" with a product photo. We design a slide in your branding, both landscape and portrait, and put it on the right screens.

Trimming a video and adding text

You supply a video from your supplier. We trim it to length, add your logo and a text bar, and make it suitable for your screens.

Changing the opening hours or a price in a slide we made earlier. New text, same design, scheduled right away.
